We are not just bonded, but we also carry liability, crime and employee accident coverage. Your home, our service providers and Trilogy Multi Service are included in the coverage. Insurance validation certificates are available upon request.
The cleaning service we provide does require our staff to come into contact with virtually all items in one’s home or office. If any damage/loss does occur, simply notify us within 48 hours of service date. Trilogy Multi Service will do our best to replace the item or reimburse you.
It is not necessary for you to be home at the time, as long as Trilogy Multi Service can gain access to provide the services scheduled. Many of our customers give a key to the management providing the in-home estimate. Another option is to provide a pass code for garage entry. If neither of these is possible then it would be necessary to be available for entry.
Keys are kept in a locked key safe, accessible only by management. The day of your scheduled service, your key is matched to your job order and sent out with your provider(s). Keys will be returned to the key safe by management when the service provider returns to the office the same day.
All service providers are required to go through a two week training program. Employees are then assigned to trainers who directly supervise them on their first several assignments. The trainer and management will both give a formal review before the employee will be assigned to a team.
Generally, our teams consist of one or two service providers. Sometimes it may be necessary to use a larger team, depending on the size and condition of the assignment. When more than one service provider is assigned to your home the quoted time (given in labor hours) is lessened by the number of people. For example, if you were scheduled for a two-hour service and two providers are assigned to your home, the work should be completed in one hour or two labor hours.
We make every effort to send the same provider(s) to your home each time. There may be a change if an employee is ill, on vacation, or no longer works for Trilogy Multiservice. We will assign another provider to your home before your scheduled service. Each employee of Trilogy Multiservice has completed an extensive training program to ensure our services are consistent and up to our standards of excellence.
Your price is the hourly rate provided to you or if you are receiving regular service weekly biweekly or monthly your price is the set rate you were offered.
Trilogy Multiservice gladly accepts all the major credit cards, cash, personal checks, and PayPal. Payment is due at time of service.
If you are pleased with the work done in your home we encourage you to show your appreciation to your service provider(s). Although not required, a gratuity is a powerful way to say “I appreciate your work”. Even a simple thank you note can mean a great deal.
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we appreciate all forms of feedback from our clients. You may call our office and speak to a manager directly, send us an email or even visit this website to let us know how we are doing—good or bad. Feedback is essential for us to provide you with the best service, to correct any problems and to recognize those service providers who meet or Trilogy Multi Service ‘s expectations.
